Version 0.60 with redirections http->https (on port 80), marionnet supporting overlay, mariotel_tunings.sh and stress-tests support

Currently, CPUs involved by a container are up to 4, RAM up to 1G, SWAP up to 2G, and DISK usage up to 1G.
Furthermore, /dev/shm is limited to 320M, while /tmp (of type tmpfs) is limited to 384M.
These settings suppose an xfs host filesystem and a well configured running kernel (see README.kernel-settings.sh for details).
